Associate - Export Sales - Thermal & UPS (8-15 yrs)
Position Overview :
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intercompany Export Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
- This pivotal role involves facilitating the smooth flow of intercompany export sales processes, ensuring efficient communication and coordination between our various manufacturing facilities and international subsidiaries.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of export regulations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate the export sales process between different manufacturing facilities and international subsidiaries to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery deadlines.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers regarding intercompany export sales inquiries, orders, and shipment status updates.
3. Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of intercompany export sales transactions.
4. Review and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses, in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
5. Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, handle customs clearance, and resolve any shipping-related issues.
6. Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and coordinate stock transfers to optimize inventory management and meet customer demand
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Key Account Management skills
- Thermal or UPS background.
- Basic Product Knowledge.
- Good command on English Communication
