Job Description: Sales Closer/Associate
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. This role is critical to driving revenue and ensuring that our SaaS offerings are effectively positioned to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
- Close qualified inbound and outbound leads generated by the sales team.
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions address them.
2. Quota Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities to maintain steady deal flow and predictable revenue.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding post-sale.
3. Consultative Selling
- Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to address specific challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure deals that align with company policies and goals.
4. Sales Process Management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and sales funnel improvements.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and the Sales Manager to align on strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or a related industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of the SaaS business model and sales process.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler.
