Associate/Executive - Customer Service - International Voice Process (1-2 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. They will be required to provide customer service support, resolve customer queries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer queries and concerns over the phone
- Providing information about products and services offered by the company
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling and processing customer orders and returns
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Achieving set targets and goals as assigned by the company
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures
- Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Education :
- 12th Pass/Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
