Associate - Event Marketing - Education (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and convert them as enrolments (paid admissions) for marketing events, courses and programs
- Provide career consulting services to prospects (senior professionals with more than 7 years of experience)
- Build good relationships with existing customers to generate more referral leads
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead conversion
- Handle walk-in/telephonic/mail/website inquiries
- Attend industry related events to generate new leads
- Work regularly on CRM tools
- Craft email campaigns for partners and leads
Requirements:
- Well-versed with planning and organizing events
- Strong telephone and email etiquettes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in sales, business development and career counselling is a big plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of offline marketing that inspires, engage, and motivate
- An eye for identifying target audience, and creativity to reach out to them
- Fluent in English with a knack for reaching out and talking to people
- Experienced with customer acquisition funnels
- Experienced with A/B and multivariate experiments
- In tandem with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing space
- Ability to keep up with the sleepless and thankless spirit of start-ups
- Diligence, fluency in English, and ability to work with deadlines
- Prior experience in working for events marketing for education institute is a must

- PG in marketing, Events Management
