Associate - Enterprise Sales - Manufacturing (2-4 yrs)
We are currently hiring an Associate Enterprise Sales within our Manufacturing practice.
The individual will be responsible for :
- Market research : Identify manufacturing companies in India that could be potential clients. Build a database of prospective clients.
- Cold connect : Email, send LinkedIn connection requests, and cold call Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring and/or Head HR to pitch our services and solicit meetings/business.
- Sales : Follow up promptly with prospective clients to get executive search and recruitment mandates.
- Account Management : Meet with and build long term relationships to get repeat mandates from confirmed clients.
- MIS : maintain a clear tracker indicating the status and progress with each prospective client
Key requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise/corporate sales
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Enthusiasm to get things done without much supervision
- Highly driven to achieve or exceed sales targets
