Experience: The candidate is expected to have work experience in MNC(s), preferably in services sectors - Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Business Consulting
Minimum : 15 years of experience majorly in Consulting / Solutioning Sales with finance experience in RTR/ PTP/ OTC
This opportunity is into Sales with a boutique mid-sized outsourcing firm for F&A outsourcing sales. So candidates must have below experience
- Prospect, and build a sales pipeline for F&A Outsourcing solutions
- Handle and manage global clientele (USA/West Europe/Asia Pacific)
Job Role
Step 1: Point of Entry - Stakeholders based in India/ Global locations
Step 2: Gathering requirements about the business needs through active engagement (in-person meetings, online meetings, telephonic interactions, etc.)
Step 3: Preparing an approach note/pitch document in collaboration with Company's respective business verticals (F&A Outsourcing, Analytics and Automation, Contract Management Services, Technology Risk Advisory, PMO, Procurement Support)
Step 4: Discussion and sign-off SoWs (Scope, Timelines, Resourcing, Commercials, etc.) and MSAs
Step 5: Handover to the respective delivery teams for execution; In parallel focus on (a) account expansion (b)seek introductions to regional and global teams
