Job Description
Title: Associate Director
Experience: 10 to 13 years
Location: Mumbai
Role And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contributing towards primary transaction revenue goals as an individual contributor. Ability to source, establish and maintain active relations with landowners, developers and institutional investors will be crucial for success.
- Achieving revenue targets in assigned projects both ongoing as well as mandates.
- Assume key transaction responsibilities for strategic clients and provide advice on client transactions.
- Conduct market benchmarking and surveys to understand micro markets, infra development and meet clients.
-Develop marketing collaterals, fact sheets and deal books, collect, gather and process the required information both primary and secondary.
- Mapping client requirements to appropriate opportunities with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs to organizations benefit.
- Consistent engagement through meetings, calls, virtual meetings and site inspections to create workable relationships and assist for follow ups on certain ongoing transactions with investors.
- Participate in industry related seminars, conferences and other lead origination activities to create an effective brand presence, networking and relationships.
- Originate, manage and close investment brokerage transactions.
Must have :
- Experience in B2B sales/Real Estate in MMR and Pune region.
- Consulting or Financial Services/Banking background with existing relationships of clients would be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills along; Body Language written & verbal.
- Experience of commercial real estate - specifically in industrial and logistics would be beneficial.
