Associate Director - Sales - Public Sector (8-13 yrs)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES -
The role holder works closely with the sales ecosystem in company service lines that offer trainings in the market and the Learning Academy team in achieving sales targets in the Public Sector space.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management
The role holder interacts with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders from client accounts in the learning solutions area on a regular basis. He/she is primarily responsible for lead generation, pipeline creation, proposaling/ solutioning, pitching and converting leads for learning solutions in the PSU space.
- Internal Stakeholder Management
The role holder actively engages with internal stakeholders such as - Service Line Partners, Sector Leaders, Key Account Managers, Office Managing Partners and Service team during the sales process to establish company's credibility and value proposition in front of potential clients in the learning solutions area. A large part of work also involves consolidation of learning solutions across service lines and building a holistic service proposition for PSU clients. Therefore, the role holder will work across businesses in company to take solutions to the market. He/she obtains relevant insights on priorities, opportunities and trends with respect to learning solutions and shares it with team
- Marketing and Branding
The role holder markets services around learning solutions, builds credibility and branding across clients in the learning solutions area. He/she builds partnerships with key industry associations operating in the PSU space that can partner with us to promote learning solutions
- Planning Reporting and Monitoring
The role holder is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the sales plan. He/she reports back on the progress of the plan on a periodic basis

- Lead generation & lead qualification targets in the PSU space
- Learning Solutions specific revenue growth targets in the PSU space

- Number of opportunities identified and qualified in the PSU space

THE INDIVIDUAL
- Experience in selling in the PSU space with knowledge of sales cycle specific to PSUs (nomination, tendering etc.)
- Confident and self-motivated individual who will represent the firm with the highest level of professional standards
- Superior oral and written communication, ability to work in high pressure environments and in high performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stake holders
- Strong executive presence
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
- Post graduate in HR/ Finance with relevant experience in sales and business development with 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Existing connects at management level within PSUs
- Knowledge about learning solutions preferred
- Demonstrated experience of managing and executing large size deals
- Experience in the services industry in a matrix organization is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and logical ability
