Associate Director - Sales - Corporate Banking (9-15 yrs)
Key Objectives :
- Develop and execute target-driven marketing strategies for BRM Group.
- Enhance brand visibility among bankers, investors, sponsors, and infrastructure funds.
- Manage existing issuer relationships and originate new mandates.
- Handle fee negotiations for new and existing mandates.
- Collaborate with analytical teams and offices, particularly in Asia Pacific.
- High autonomy and responsibility with excellent career growth and travel opportunities.
- Understand debt capital markets and corporate credit analysis.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Prepare target client lists based on financial and profile analysis.
- Create tailored marketing materials for diverse industries.
- High-level client interaction, typically with CFOs or CEOs.
- Regular network engagement with business development and product teams.
- Maintain MIS and reporting, including meeting minutes, mandates, and fees.
Qualifications : 9-15 years of experience in corporate banking.
