Associate Director - Sales - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development and Management:
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with brokers, insurers, and TPAs to drive sales growth.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and values.
- Develop strategies to maximize partner potential and jointly create sales plans and initiatives.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3 sales professionals dedicated to indirect sales through partnerships.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the partner ecosystem.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.
- Work with partners to design joint go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and provide support to optimize their sales activities.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, providing them with the resources, support, and guidance they need to succeed.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive engagement and success with partners.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that could impact the business.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve partner strategies and market positioning.
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners to improve products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
