Associate Director - Partner Marketing - IT (8-12 yrs)
- The core of this role is to develop a marketing plan, execute events, and create marketing content and sales tools to support partners' products and services to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
- Promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, etc.
- Work with the Marketing Director to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies (affiliate marketing, sponsorships, white labeling, etc.)
- Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of marketing experience (preferably in a partner-facing role)
- Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills
- Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing is a bonus
- Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software
- A solid grasp of Salesforce or a related CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates
