Associate Director - Marketing - FMCD (10-15 yrs)
Brand & Marketing Communication
- Drive brand equity index and develop the desired positioning, maintain brand integrity and compliance across product lines, marketing materials, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to the brands.
- Design strategy to position the brand in the marketplace through appropriate digital marketing initiatives and to ensure that all relevant and appropriate digital touchpoints are managed.
- Plan, develop and implement effective brand & communication strategies for salesforce and consumers
- Create sales enablement collaterals including catalogues, Flyers and other forms of communication, marketing, and promotional materials, both offline and online.
- Strategizing and facilitate in Brand communications, Activation and PR strategy to position Tupperware as a Premium Kitchenware brand in India.
- Relationship management with external agencies
Digital Marketing
- Design the Digital Marketing strategy and road map for TW India
- Leverage Digital Media to expand audience reach with targeted programs to prepare for tomorrow's business, equipped with applications, etc. to cater for strong growth of consumers using digital platform
- Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Production within the defined budget
Business Expansion Marketing Support
- Provide the necessary support to the business transformation and expansion teams as necessary with tailored and targeted marketing support as required by the teams e.g. - Visual Merchandising/Fixture & Fabrication Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, Creatives
B2B/Strategic Alliances
- Strengthen the strategic alliance to promote Tupperware's visibility in the segment and to grow the business through B2B channel & BTL initiatives.
Annual Operating Plan
- Develop the annual marketing plan for TW India in alignment with the growth plans of the organization
- Oversee implementation of Brand/Digital programs & ensure conformance to approved plans and budgets.
