- 2 - 5 Years of Sales Experience
- This is for a small organisation and should be willing to roll-up the sleeve and play multiple roles
- MBA from a tier I/ II B-School
- Experience in B2C and/ or B2B Markets (preference is B2C Markets)
- Is comfortable with Technology/ Complex concepts
- Great communication, energy, presentation, and engagement capabilities
- Should be willing to travel extensively within India and later across other regions as and when they expand
- The company is planning for 2X growth in next 2 years, and should be willing and striving to be part of the growth Strategy
- Preferably should have Educational Sales experience but Concept selling is good enough
