Associate Director - Enterprise Sales - FinTech (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :-
- Strong experience in managing large, strategic accounts with the ability to build and nurture high level client relationships.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customize gift card solutions, including product features, integrations, and services, to fit the specific requirements of the client.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, close complex deals, and align product solutions with client business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the fintech space, particularly around gift card solutions, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients for maximizing business impact.
- Deep expertise in tailoring solutions and working closely with technical teams to implement customized offerings.
- Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Align product and service offerings with clients' evolving needs, ensuring that the value proposition resonates strongly with the client.
- Lead complex sales negotiations, managing the balance between client requirements and company profitability.
What matters in this role -
Experience & Portfolio -
- Master's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of account management experience, preferably in payment or fintech industry.
- Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
Technical Skills & Efficiency -
- Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of fintech products and services.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends and make informed decisions.
- Extensive knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly gift card products, payment solutions, and related regulations.
Communication & Ownership -
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, , etc.)
