Role - Associate Director / Director: Performance Marketing
Purpose of this role is to manage the online marketing and advertising programs, to ensure sale,lead or customer interaction. The role will be responsible for managing social media, native ads, CTV ads, audio ads, display ads and search marketing. Brand engagement which will include increasing customer interaction, Lead generation, Events and conferences, promotional campaigns, Sales conversions and Customer centric content. The role will contribute to grow the organization and will be a pivot in building and establishing the customer Base.
Role Description :
- Strategize and own the entire paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels in an efficient way.
- The position manages paid marketing campaigns with Monthly budgets.
- Help support acquisition campaigns on offline and online channels including Search, Display, Mobile and Direct Mail etc.
- Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel for multiple products and services.
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals.
- Be experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition which includes performance marketing strategies
- Track and Manage marketing spend efficiently and effectively across channels including Facebook campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, Ad networks and social media campaigns
- Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
- Engineering / Management Graduate OR Post Graduate in Marketing or relevant field.
- 3-10 years of marketing experience with a good balance in Marketing.
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation is critical to drive the marketing strategy
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
