Associate Director/Director/Executive Director - Regional Sales - Big4 (9-17 yrs)

Job Description:
Working closely with the concerned Region Leaders/Partners and internal team in achieving the sales and other stated objectives for the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities-
Sales & Client Relationship Management- Interacting with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders from the client accounts of the assigned region on a regular basis. He/she is primarily responsible for lead generation and pipeline creation for the assigned region across service lines and industry verticals.
Internal Stakeholder Management- Actively engaging with internal stakeholders such as Region partners, Region team, Key Account Managers and Service team during the lead generation to establish organisations credibility and value proposition in front of potential clients in the assigned region. He/she obtains relevant region insights on priorities, opportunities and trends with respect to the region and shares it with team.
Marketing and Branding- Marketing of services to accounts in the region, builds credibility and branding across clients in the region. Regional BDM showcases region specific thought leadership to enhance organizations value proposition. He/she builds partnerships with key industry associations for regional development activities.
Planning, Reporting & Monitoring - Responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the regional sales plan. He/She reports back on the progress of the regional plan to the Lead Region Partner on a periodic basis.
Competencies Required-
Post graduate in Marketing/ Finance with relevant regional experience of 9-17 years.
Existing connects at management level within the industry in relevant region
Demonstrated experience of managing and executing large size deals
Experience in the services industry in a matrix organization is preferred
Strong analytical skills and logical ability
Confident and self motivated individual who will represent the firm with the highest level of professional
Superior oral and written communication, ability to work in high pressure environments and in high performing teams
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stake holders
