Job Description for DSA
- Direct Sales Associates work on field.
- They call & take an appointment on leads which is provided by Team Managers or City Manager under whom they work to describes product.
- If the customer buys the product then it will be 1 sale or doesn- t buy then 1 demo.
- Every DSA has the target to complete 36 demos or 12 sales or business of Rs. 2.5 Lacs per month to qualify for an incentive on which company pays 10% incentive apart from salary i.e. Rs.25000.
DSA Work Desk :
- Training is given to DSA for 7 days which start from 2nd day of joining.
- Rs. 120 is paid per demo to DSA in the city & Rs. 800 is given as meal expenses for outside demos along with train tickets, lodging arrangements, cab expenses. Mobile Expenses of Rs. 500 are also reimbursed.
