Associate - Direct Sales - eLearning (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.
- Candidates will be given database and they have to do cold calling and setup meeting at students place.
- Candidate will be required to visit and arrange demonstration activities to customers places.
- Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.
- To prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on the assigned markets, meet students and nurture the accounts with a goal of student enrolment on our program.
- To implement feedback received on training program and co-coordinating with the training division for improvisation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Work experience - 1 to 4 years in field sales
Age limit: Less than equal to 30 year old as of 1st Jan 2017
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Regional language, English and Hindi).
- Passionate about Sales.
- Self-Motivated.
- Goal Driven.
- Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00 am to 21:00 pm).
- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays).
- Proven sales experience.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer use competency.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
