Associate - Direct Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop month- on- month sales models for proven business growth
- Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr's subscription
- Direct Sales Associates work on field.
- They call & take an appointment on leads which is provided by Team Managers or City Manager under whom they work to describes about product
- If the customer buys the product then it will be 1 sale or doesn- t buy then 1 demo.
- As Education Counselors at Toppr
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
- Good Communication skills in English and the regional language
Qualification & Skills :
- MBA/B-tech fresher
