Associate - Direct Sales - EdTech (1-5 yrs)
Hires with 1-2 to 5-6 yrs of experience. Interested in sales/marketing as career especially in school/education/edtech. Specifically for Karnataka (Hubli/Dharwar/Mangalore). Should belong to one of the 3 places. Outsiders won't be considered.
Qualifications : Any stream bachelor or PU interested in learning sales
- Must reside in Hubli/Dharwad/Mangalore. No relocation candidates
- 1 to 3 years of sales/market exposure in selling any product. Compensation will be sizeable on targets met
- Should be able to communicate and presentation skills in English and regional language
- Expected to own a laptop and 2 wheeler
- Should be able to understand the product (from training) & present the products to the schools. Should be able to leverage brochures, Websites & Other branding products
Responsibilities :
- Will understand tech products & value propositions for schools/edu institutes
- Will understand selling aids (brochures, fliers etc.)
- Make calls to the schools & secure appointments
- Physical meetings at schools for explaining the products
- Schedule & execute demos (Product & Tech team will assist)
- Build relationships with school authorities
- Collect data & fill-up surveys
- Consolidate visit data
- Plan weekly and track targets. Reviews on weekly basis.
