Desired Skills & Experience :
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the digital marketing field.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, Email Marketing, Mailchimp
- Excellent knowledge of performance marketing on social media platforms- Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
- Good understanding of Database Management and setting up campaigns without external support
- Previous work experience in the startup ecosystem (startup, VC, incubator, accelerator) and consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage internal and external teams
Responsibilities :
- Work alongside the Communication team and external agencies on content creation for writing copy for the website, mailers, blogs, and monthly newsletter issues.
- Work alongside partners and stakeholders to manage and update Database on a regular basis. Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
- Planning and execution of events such as webinars, networking events, talk sessions, etc.
- Work with designers and website developers to create web pages and optimize website performance
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Monitor performance and improve the IvyCap Ventures brand regularly by leveraging social media analytic tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry social media trends and provide recommendations to the team.
