Associate - Digital Marketing (3-4 yrs)

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be pivotal in advancing our online marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our Shopify and Amazon Marketplace stores, and executing email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo. Your primary objective will be to boost traffic, conversions, and overall sales through strategic digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Shopify Management :

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify.

- Optimize the Shopify store for SEO to increase organic traffic.

- Monitor and analyse store performance using Shopify analytics.

- Implement and manage promotional campaigns and discounts.

- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.

2. Amazon Marketplace Management :

- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Marketplace.

- Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility.

- Monitor and manage Amazon PPC campaigns.

- Track and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Handle customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive seller rating.

3. Email Marketing with Klaviyo :

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

- Segment email lists to target specific customer groups.

- Create engaging and personalized email content.

- Monitor and analyse email campaign performance.

- Implement A/B testing to optimize email effectiveness.

4. Digital Marketing Strategy :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Analyse data and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.

- Assist in managing social media accounts and content creation.

- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :


- 3-4 Years of Profession experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing Shopify and Amazon Marketplace stores.

- Proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing.

- Strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
