Job Responsibilities : We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role position will focus on creating visually compelling designs while supporting our digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media posts in line with the content calendar.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and develop new ideas for digital marketing strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and email marketing software (HubSpot).
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying on top of digital marketing trends.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
