Job Description: This position is of Managerial nature where you are responsible to create and Manage team of Advisors who advise people for their Life Insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop various sources of advisor hiring & build a team of advisor & advisor pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing advisor footfall to generate fresh referral for new advisor hiring
- Developing the team of Advisors to advise people for their Life Insurance needs, thereby making peoples life economically safe and secure.
- Helping Advisor Team to grow in efficiency (in selling LI products ) according to need based sales approach and eventually make substantial earnings in Monitory terms and also in Name, fame and Job satisfaction.
Candidate Profile : Candidates should be minimum Graduate, Married and shall have Minimum 2 Years of ANY Sales experience with stability (field sales only). Candidates having sales experience from BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durable, Auto, Travel and Tourism will be Preferred. Candidate Should have their own conveyance.
For Chennai : Candidates from Life Insurance are not required.
For Other Locations : Stable Life Insurance (should have worked with only One LI Company) candidates can be considered.
For East Locations Maximum Age required in 36 years.
