Associate - Customer Support - Pharma (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on products and services
- Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to help others
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Schedule :
- Full-time or part-time availability
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
