Associate - Customer Support- International Voice Process - BPO Recruitment Firm (0-1 yrs)

- Urgent Hiring for International BPO Customer Service Voice Process
We currently have voice openings with the companies for :
- Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
- Improvement and quality assurance programs
1) Banking process : Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
2) Customer service executive (CSE) : Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
3) Tech Support (Technical Voice) : Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.
4) Customer service Semi Voice process.
Salary :
Fresher : up to 16-20k
Experience : up to 22-30k
Shift : US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
Qualification : 10th, 12th, Graduate
Industry : BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.
Required Experience : Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
