Responsibilities :
- Inbound Process, ability to communicate clearly with Customer.
- Candidate should have Credit Card and Debit Card knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issues in a fast-placed environment.
- Good comprehension skills-ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
- Good composition skill-ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
