Associate - Customer Support - BPO (0-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start & prosper their career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Data Entry : Accurately enter customer information and transaction details into the company's database.
- Problem Resolution : Resolve customer issues efficiently by understanding their needs, providing accurate information, and escalating when necessary.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Quality Assurance : Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
- Continuous Learning : Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred but not required.
- Experience : No prior experience required; training will be provided. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
