Job Description :
- Inbound calls.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Maintaining good reputation with the customers.
- Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Salary :
- 17k (stipend) for fresher.
- Up to 4LPA (depends on last CTC) for experience.
Shift :
- Rotational (any 9 hours)
Eligibility :
- Any Graduates.
- Fresher/Experience can apply.
- Comfortable for relocation.
- Excellent Communication in English / English + Hindi.
- Work from Office.
