Hiring for Customer Support Associate for BPO sectors (Domestic and International voice process)
Location - Bangalore (Hebbal/Vijayanagar/Shivajinagar/Whitefield/Kudlugate/Bellandur/Domlur/Kormangala
Shift - Day rotational/ US shift/ UK shift
Qualification - PUC/ graduation
Experience - 0 to 1 yr (fresher's are welcome)
Languages - English + Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayam/Marathi
Skills - Excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identifying customer needs.
2. Handling the Calls of the customers.
3. Solving the queries of the customers.
4. Approaching the customers related to product or services.
5. Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
6. Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
7. Updating customer information as required.
8. Providing outstanding customer service.
