Associate - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
Role : Customer Support Associate
- Handle Incoming and Outbound calling for customer service.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive.
- Communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
- Maintain average call handling time (AHT).
- Good writing skills.
- Assist the customer in placing the order.
- Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.

- Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
