- To assist customers with their questions or concerns related to company's products or services across all our support channels.

- To ensure clients receive timely and effective help and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support

- To educate customers about specifications and features for an improved customer experience.

- Helping the organization to not only meet customer satisfaction but also exceed their expectations

- Share relevant customer feedback to improve company' product/services

- Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to maintain a broad knowledge of company's products and services to provide the best client experience possible.

- Excellent written & verbal communication and Strong interpersonal skills

- Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgement

- Ability to anticipate any problems before they result in issue.
