Requirement :

Position : Customer support associate

Experience : 1to3 yrs

Location : Hyderabad

Budget : As per company norms

working days - 6 days in a week

Shift details: Rotational shifts ( For Night Shifts there is a cab facility )

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and handle the daily operations of the customer support function, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to address customer issues, identify trends, and implement solutions.

- Handle customer inquiries or complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while finding effective resolutions.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Flip Health's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare customer support to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and team members.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.

- Proficient in using customer support software - Zoho

- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, privacy, and compliance standards.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

- Work in shifts to provide 24/7 coverage and ensure customer support availability during all times.
