Job Description:

- As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success.


- Your primary focus will be guiding customers through their journey with our product or service, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. You'll act as a liaison, advocate, and advisor, proactively addressing customer needs and concerns to foster loyalty and drive long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Connecting with leads in real time through calls and direct chats

- Building high-quality relationships with customers and team members

- Providing accurate recommendations and information to customers and prospects
