The Job :
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will handle customer request in via email or phone.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and analyzing problems and recommending corrective actions via articles/solutions accordingly.
- Scheduling problem-solving calls with learners who might need help.
- Assisting existing and prospective customers with assessments whenever required.
- Forwarding requests to responsible departments to collaborate in accordance with processes.
- Updating, translating and /or creating - frequently asked questions- articles.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required:
- You have a very good level of English and Japanese to be able to effectively liaise to different stakeholders across the region.
- You have good comfort level with MS Office and basic knowledge of OSes/browsers.
- You have a strong drive for learning and taking up challenges.
