The Job
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy
- Extracting data from lead fields to identify potential discrepancies
- Contacting prospects to verify information provided in the lead fields
- Developing a verification plan that includes prioritizing leads by need and urgency
- Monitoring progress of all leads through a tracking system.

- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience in interacting with customers by phone, email, chat, or other mediums is highly required.
