Job Description :
Your Responsibilities :
- Partner with CSM's to engage with customers across their lifecycle ensuring customer value is delivered.
- Partner with CSM's to help execute the engagement plan aligned with goals and objectives of the customer.
- Work directly with customers to build multiple use cases for Sense products.
- Help CSM's with customised Reports and Presentations for their business reviews.
- Create collateral, innovate, design and deliver training programs as required.
- Create and maintain documentations/Playbooks on best practices.

About You:
- 1-2 years experience working in a client facing role (Customer Success experience desirable).
- Someone who's flexible and adapts quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for delivering highest quality customer experience.
- Good data and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer accounts and develop specific recommendations for improvement.
- Curious, with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- High sense of ownership and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Communication skills, with a good command of English language.
