Associate - Customer Success - IT/Online (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prevent account churn through proactive monitoring of value, relationship building and right communication .
- Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage.
Requirements:
- 2 to5 years of experience in customer facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions that meet customer needs
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
