Associate - Customer Success - EduTech (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for Customer Success Associates to play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers, primarily in the EdTech domain (Byjus). As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, onboarding, and engagement to our users.
Responsibilities :
- Understand and engage with customers to ensure they are utilizing our EdTech platform effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to resolve user queries and issues.
- Assist customers in the onboarding process, helping them navigate our platform and make the most of its features.
- Proactively reach out to customers to collect feedback, understand their needs, and suggest improvements or solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and a commitment to their success.
- Monitor customer usage and provide insights and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer success or support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Previous experience working with customers from the US is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, particularly Byjus, is an advantage.
- Good persuasion and convincing skills to drive customer success and engagement.

Working Hours :
- Monday to Saturday
Shift 1 : 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Shift 2 : 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Weekends : 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM (on a rotational basis)

- HR Interview
- TAT (Turnaround Time) for Interview Process: 1-2 weeks
