Associate - Customer Success - Education (2-5 yrs)
People who perform strongly in this role will provide the highest standard of customer relationship to parents who have opted for the program and thereby increase the renewal rate and minimize the churn rate. There will be a set of above industry rewards and incentives for renewals and up-sell
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage parent relationships
- Churn Minimization
- Revenue Growth by upsell
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Update CRM on a daily basis
- Attend all training and learning sessions for self development
- Provide correct and authentic information to parents
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and requests with customer support team

- A go getter self-driven professional with a strong desire to earn rewards through success
- Enjoy the education sector and believe in the immense potential that it holds in the future
- Has a solid track record of 2 to 3 years in relationship management, Account management and customer success
- A pleasing personality with excellent communication skills, good listening skills, strong persuasion and consultative selling skills
- This is a 11 months contract role.
- The role will be a 6 days week where weekly off will be the choice of the associate
