Associate - Customer Success - Education (0-3 yrs)

-We are looking for a dynamic candidate who has a proven customer success experience in augmenting customer adoption, minimizing churn rates and turning customers into product champions.

- This individual will work closely with the Technical Teams and act as a bridge between various teams to make sure that our students are up for success. This individual will also be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for driving positive outcomes.

- The candidate should have keen observation, focus on details and strive for student success and satisfaction. Also, we are on the lookout for an individual who is credible, articulate and is metrics-driven as well.

Job Duties :

- Perform onboarding of accounts with the students and ensure the best ongoing engagement throughout the student's lifetime.

- Responsible for smooth onboarding of the students and making sure that all the access is granted/queries are resolved on time.

- Responsible for tracking the progress of the students at every stage and providing guidance for successful completion of the course.

- Put forth a communications strategy that maintains and fulfils high student satisfaction.

- Act as the liaison with the technical team, and other areas of the business to ensure the best of students' satisfaction.

- Take student success reviews periodically and resolve concerns with the assistance of the Technical Support Team.

- Make sure that all the monthly/weekly milestones of the students are completed on time.

Requirements:

- Exceptional planning and communication skills ( verbal and oral )

- Stellar presentation skills, client management and written communication skills.

- Should be proficient with MS Office. (Excel, Word )

- Should be able to work well in a team environment and adapt with people from different walks of life

- 1 to 3 years of expertise in the Customer Success niche, Consulting, Sales or Marketing.

- Graduation in any field
