Associate - Customer Success - Automotive (1-4 yrs)
- Handling customer grievances, coordinating with different functions and providing resolution to the customer within pre-defined TATs
- Evaluating the customer concerns and drafting appropriate communications for the customer
- Driving process improvement- identifying communication and process gaps and addressing them to optimize customer experience
- Ensuring optimum quality & productivity metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and skills
- Sharpness, strong sense of initiative, acumen to learn and adapt
- Customer orientation and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and to connect with people across teams & levels
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in drafting written communication/content creation is a plus
