Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products/services. Your role will involve understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent support to enhance their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding : Assist new clients in understanding our product/services and help them get started efficiently.
- Customer Support : Address client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our offerings.
- Problem Solving : Proactively identify issues faced by clients and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients to understand their challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements.
- Training & Education : Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
- Reporting : Maintain records of customer interactions and keep track of client progress and satisfaction levels.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
