Associate - Customer Service - Voice Process (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for females voice process associate for our client known as BigBasket for its office location in Sarajapur Road, Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues timely
- Customer retention
- Collecting feedback
- Handle issues related to incomplete orders, wrong orders, transaction failures, delays in delivery
Skills needed
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada
- Willing to come to office six days a week from 9 am to 6 pm
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
