Role Summary:

As a Process Associate, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience post-sale. Your role is critical in expanding our customer base and contributing to our revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition : Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls.

Sales Conversion : Persuade prospects to enroll in our services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Service : Provide outstanding service to customers post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales metrics.

Adherence to Sales Metrics : Stay motivated and committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Skills Required :

- Excellent Communication Skills in English : Essential for interacting with international clients.

Sales Acumen : Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.

Customer Service Orientation : Focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

Record Keeping : Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records.

Motivation : Self-driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Salary Range : Rs.12000.00 - Rs. 22000.00 per month (Fresher range between 12K to 15K Max)
