Associate - Customer Service - Medical Equipment (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information & resolve problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening skills.
- Will take care of branch customer service, logistics and stores as well
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationship with internal & external customers.
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude is required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Generate sales leads
- Should be fast learner & proactive in communication.
- Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits
- Take extra mile to engage customers.
- Flexible in working in shifts and also on Sundays.
Other Skill Sets:
- Language preferred : English, Hindi and local language Marathi is must
