Associate - Customer Service - Internet/Online (1-3 yrs)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Client Service Associate.... They may perform administrative duties and basic financial functions, but their main role is to assist clients. They may answer client inquiries, setup meetings between clients and advisors and contact clients with information regarding their accounts or investments.
Job profile:
- Domestic online marketing & Research work.
- Call and contact the RPC, share our Company Intro, making appointments over phone and Email and passing through marketing people.
- Handling inward calls/mails/chats.
- Update and follow your Marketing Excel Sheet.
- Good Interpersonal and customer care skills with good accurate records keeping.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and bring new clients within assigned areas, Establishes productive, professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Drive Sales by identifying, developing and selling company's services to the clients. Increasing sales and maximizing revenues. Coordinate with immediate senior of the company to create and execute business plans to meet the Company targeted business goals. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase Company's brand awareness.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet sales performance objectives and company's expectations.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key clients.
