Job Description :
Position Summary :
As an International Process Associate at iEnergizer, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various processes for our international clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting client requirements, and maintaining process efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with international clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Process Management : Handle various process tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and documentation, while adhering to company and client-specific guidelines.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy and quality of processed data and transactions, performing regular checks and audits as needed.
- Issue Resolution : Identify, analyze, and resolve process-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams or supervisors.
- Reporting : Prepare and maintain regular reports on process performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements at all times.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience : Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems is a plus.
