Associate - Customer Service - International BPO (2-6 yrs)
They have have experience in International customer service/ BPO.
Must have experience in inbound calls.
Job Requirements :
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal/written English proficiency.
- Ability to work in an outbound environment with a focus on solving queries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) required; familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
