Associate - Customer Service - HR Solutions (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Customer Service Associate to providing world-class customer experience to our ever-growing customer base and professional careers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Associates maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service.
- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
- Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Updating customer information as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Always raise possible improvements of our platform and our service with other teams (marketing, product, tech)
Qualifications :
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in related field.
- A natural ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- A thirst to learn and develop with a fast growing Start-up
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- An ability to think outside-the-box in relation to problem solving
